Operational Excellence. Delivered.
We move beyond simple repairs to provide total lifecycle management for your marine assets. By combining proactive maintenance strategies with rigorous regulatory compliance, we ensure your systems run efficiently, your crew stays safe, and your vessel remains ready for the voyage ahead.
Technical & Maintenance Management
- This is the foundation of fleet operation. A well-maintained yacht is safe, reliable, and holds its value.
- Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS): Implementing a fleet-wide schedule for routine maintenance. This includes engine servicing, generator checks, watermaker servicing, hull cleaning, and safety equipment inspections. Using software to track hours and service intervals across all vessels is common.
- Corrective Maintenance: Managing unexpected repairs and breakdowns. This requires a network of trusted technicians, engineers, and shipyards. For a fleet, this can involve moving crew or parts between yachts to resolve issues quickly.
- Refit & Haul-Out Management: Coordinating major yard periods for painting, overhauls, and upgrades. This is planned years in advance to minimize downtime during peak charter season.
- Inventory & Spares: Maintaining a centralized inventory of critical spare parts (filters, pumps, impellers) that can be dispatched to any yacht in the fleet, reducing wait times for parts delivery.
Technical & Operational Management
This is the core of ensuring the yacht is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Refit and Repair: Managing shipyard periods, sourcing contractors, overseeing major repairs, and handling upgrades or full-scale refits.
- Technical Support: Providing 24/7 troubleshooting assistance to the captain and crew for any onboard technical issues.
- Compliance: Ensuring the yacht complies with the regulations of its flag state and the international codes of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), such as the ISM (International Safety Management) and ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) codes.
Dry Docking & Refit Projects
Scope of Work Planning: Compiling a comprehensive "defect list" months in advance to coordinate shipyard slots, labor, and specialized contractors.
Hull & Propulsion Treatment: Overseeing hull cleaning, sandblasting, and the application of anti-fouling coatings to maximize fuel efficiency.
Regulatory Surveys: coordinating with Classification Societies (like Lloyd's Register or DNV) to perform special surveys of the hull structure, tanks, and tailshafts that are mandatory every 5 years.
This is the core of ensuring the yacht is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
